Project Description

As part of the living room renovation, I completely remade six interior doors. I started by stripping off all hardware, and sanding both faces. To rejuvenate the look, I glued 3 mm MDF boards on each side of the door, trimmed them to size, and CNC-milled subtle engraving for added depth. Since the CNC leaves rounded corners, I hand-shaped them with a file. After thorough sanding, I sprayed on a primer, followed by two coats of durable white paint.
